Brodie's Resume
Brodie was born and raised in Placerville, California and has lived in El Dorado Hills since 2002. He currently specializes in Residential Home Resale and New Home Builders in the greater Sacramento areas and specializes in Folsom Ranch and Russell Ranch in Folsom, California. Brodie has been licensed since 2004 and has hundreds of happy clients.
Brodie Stephens started his career as a store manager for a few large and well-known retail organizations. He soon realized that with his entrepreneurial personality and spirit, retail management was not enough. He went on to open and manage several successful businesses in the late 1990’s after completing his degree, and while always cultivating an interest in real estate investing, he knew he was meant for something greater.
He found a new sense of being in the early 2000’s when he obtained his real estate license and worked for GMAC Real Estate. In his first year, Brodie proudly became the Top Listing and Sales Agent for his office. Shortly after, he took a position within the company as their Executive Vice President. There he grew the team of 30 agents to a team of over 100, and was responsible for overseeing the operations of 6 offices. Brodie became adept at skills from recruiting, technology implementation, human resources, strategic planning and more. Brodie later owned and operated his own Realty World Franchise, which included four offices with over 120 agents.
Later in 2013 Brodie became a Branch Leader and Director of Career Development for CENTURY 21 Select Real Estate, in Folsom, CA. There he managed an office and the real estate school for Select Real Estate.
In 2019 Brodie decided to go back into real estate sales full time. He is now the Broker of More Than A Mailbox Real Estate. He serves clients in the greater Tri County area including Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado counties, where his focus and specialties are listing, marketing and selling homes.
Tracey's Resume
