More Than A Mailbox is an approved shipper for UPS, DHL, USPS, and FedEx in Folsom, CA. As such, we pride ourselves on fast, professional packing and shipping services.

Do you need to return items that you pruchased online? We can accept most returns for online retailers. We are able to scan most shipping labels and QR Codes. In most cases, you will need to provide or purchase the return envelope or box.

For Amazon Returns- When creating your Amazon Return, choose the drop off location option that says "UPS Drop Off Location". You can email us or print the created shipping label when you arrive to our store location. Currently we are not able to scan the Amazon QR Code that says "The UPS Store".

 

More Than A Mailbox is also authorized as a drop-off location by the same carriers, so businesses with their own accounts can drop off their already-packed and labeled shipments at our location to be picked up daily by the carrier.

If you have a valid account with one of the carriers listed below, you can drop your ready-for-shipping letter or package at our location—at no additional charge.

Note: any additional packaging, taping or labeling that may be needed to properly protect your shipment may require additional fees.
